OGCC decides on NKTI deal

According to Justice Secretary Agnes Devanadera, the Office of the Government Corporate Counsel (OGCC) is the proper office to decide on whether the National Kidney and Transplant Institute (NKTI) could proceed with direct contracting or undergo public bidding in their P2.6 billion hospital project for the supply of medical equipment for the NKTI Diagnostic Center Project, the Phase I of the NKTI Women’s Medical Center project.
