Lease of Office Space

Considering that Lease of Office is Negotiated Procurement, is there a need to have Calendar of Activities for the project, the same with Public Bidding procedure?

Please refer to annex h of the 2016 revised irr of ra 9184. it is not mandatory but it helps you to monitor you milestone if you have such calendar of activities.
