JOINT VENTURE

Post by coa_cpa on Wed Dec 21, 2016 4:26 pm

Good day. Halimbawa may two companies na magfoform ng joint venture, tapos gusto nila sumali sa bidding, yung isa lang ba sa kanila ang magrerepresent for both of them or as JV na sila sasali sa bidding at yung name na ng JV gagamitin nila? Tapos kailangan ba both of them would submit the necessary bidding documents? o submission of one partner would suffice?

Thanks.

Another question pa po., what if the JV partners were NOT ABLE to submit duly notarized statements stating that they will enter into and abide by the provisions of the JVA in the instance that the bid is successful, BUT they were able to form the JV BEFORE they were given the NOA, does that compensate non-submission of their notarized statements?
