ineligibility

Post by salao on Thu Dec 27, 2012 9:32 am

Good day,

will it be a ground for a supplier to be ineligible if in the "copy 1" of their bid they did not indicate comply in the technical specifications but indicated comply in their "original bid"?

In this case there is only a discrepancy between the original and the "copy 1" of the bid. For me, in case of discrepancy between the original and duplicate copy, the original shall prevail. So, for me I will not consider such negligence as a ground for disqualification of a supplier.
