To be honest I dont rely on trainings/seminars, but thru research and lots and lots of readings, and from this forum likewise also from the gppb website or at times I call the GPPB hotlines for queries. Smile

...though, trainings/seminars really helps in establishing one's credibility. True enough that we cannot rely on seminar/trainings alone, but that doesn't meant we don't need it. As much as I have read through the provisions, it is always nice to learn from proper authorities and check our knowledge/preparations "if it fits the hole".

It is just like schooling. Who would want to hire someone who said he had the knowledge but has no formal schooling? Or a critical position for someone who doesn't have a diploma? Just my take. Very Happy
