Agree ako jan sir sunriser, At the end of the day, it will be the thought that you have done something for the good of the service. I just hope that people will acknowledge the efforts that we are doing, lalo na at sa OPES, our works as BAC Secretariat are non-quantifiable, in short d kasali.

By principle, if 'sunriser' is not having honoraria in his assignment to BAC Secretariat (or any form of remuneration), he can still include his functions in BAC's activities for the computation of PMS-OPES. This is from a solicited opinion from CSC. Very Happy

Sir;
Thank you for that pointers on PMS-OPES. I will have to talk with our speaker from the CSC Central Office during our Workshop on the preparation of PMS-OPES to clarify things.

To add: Honoraria is different from Overtime. The former is a privilege to enjoy a remuneration while doing something within the official time. The latter is a remuneration for working outside the official time. In case of honoraria, it will definitely eat some time in the course of official function. The way to balance it is by output. If a remuneration is received, it will produce some negative effect on the OPES, in the same way an overtime produces negative effect (points deducted). If there is no remuneration, then the activity may be considered part of the official function, and may add points to the score. Very Happy
