The municipality of Tinglayan, through its bids and awrds committe (BAC) invite suppliers to apply for eligibility & to bid for the supplier & materials and aggregates for use for the " Improvemnent of the Farmers Training Center" being undertaken by Administration. The project particular are as follows:

1. Name of project: Supply of Construction materials
2. Program Budget for the contract: P 176,416.92
3. Location: Poblacion, Tinglayan, Kalinga
4. Contract Duration: 7 days
5. Brief Description:
- 75 bags portland cement
- 10 cum river screened sand
- 1590 pcs tiles (.2mx.2m)
-4 sets PVC Door (.7mx2.1m)
-4 pcs Toilet bowl
-4 pcs 4'' dia PVC pipe
4 pcs 4" dia PVC elbow
- 4pcs 4" dia PVC Elbow
- 4 pcs 4" dia PVC Y-joint
- 1 pc 2" dia PVC pipe
- 5 pcs 1/2" dia PVC pipe
-5 pcs 1/2"dia PVC elbow
- 5 pcs 1/2 dia PVC Coupling
- 5 pcs 1/2" dia PVC union
- 1 pc 1/2" dia PVC T-Joint
- 5 pcs 2" faucet
- 2 pcs Teflon
- 2 pcs 2" paint brush
- 2 pcs 4" paint brush
- 2 liters vulca seal
- others ( Tile grout & trim, CWN, lumber, sand paper, hacksaw w/ blade, tile cutter disk, silicon, U nail w/ washer, sehara cement and stainless floor drain).


Respective bidders should have experience in undertaking a semilar project with in the last two years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. The eligibility check as well as preliminary examination of the bid shall use non-discretionary pass.fail criteria. Post qualification of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted.

All partcicipants relative to eligibility, statement & screening, Bid security, evaluation of Bids, Post qualification and award contract shall be governed by the partinent provisions of RA 9184 and its implementing rules and regulations.

Bids documents will be available only to prospective bidders upon payment of non-refundable fee for one thousand pesos(1,000.00) at the Municipal Treasury's Office, Tinglayan, Kalinga.

The Municipality of Tinglayan assumes no possibility whatsoever to compensate or indemnify bidders for any expenses incurred in the preparation of bid.
