Govt to re-bid petrol deals

THE Department of Energy (DOE) plans to cancel non-performing petroleum service contracts and offer these again to interested bidders. Energy Secretary Jose Rene Almendras said the government will start bidding out contracts for oil and gas exploration and development next month.
